This Pub is Permanently Closed
A rare surviving traditional Victorian local dating back to 1860, it features a bar with bench seating against wooden wainscoting. A hatch from the bar services a small smoke room across the corridor and, also, a more modern lounge/function room situated to the rear. It offers three guest beers from the Marston's list which complements its Banks's Mild and Bitter. On a main bus route it is easy to reach by public transport.
