This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.
Known locally as Brinsworth Pavillion. There was an extensive £90,000 refurbishment in Nov 2017, Open to the general public. The comfortable Regency Lounge offers three cask ales, usually, but not exclusively, from local breweries, There is also a family room, TV room, snooker room and large function room. Lunchtime and evening meals are available. A wide variety of outdoor and indoor sports are played and the outside patio overlooks the cricket pitch. It also serves as the clubhouse for the adjoining Phoenix Golf Club. Dances, music and quiz nights are regularly held. Since the refurbishment , the club has returned to being a good real ale establishment once more. Be aware that there is a mark up on half's, compared with pints.
