Modern town centre pub close to the High Street and both train stations and the bus station. It offers three cask ales, one of which is a house beer, Trout Ale and one changing cider. Quiz nights held every Sunday, Monday and Wednesday night. Toasties are served all day. Occasional beer festivals have been held.
