Not quite a pub, but not a restarant either, Cafe Bar
Part of the Lounges Chain, this is more a cafe bar than a pub, the sort of place you may drop into whilst shopping, but not really an evening destination. The food is of the quick eats than restaurant type, and follows the same format as most other Lounges bar offerings. Brunch, sandwiches, burgers are on the menu with a few mains such as Chilli and curries. Inside the café is again very much like other Lounges with the same mixture of art on the walls, some sofas, some chairs, and few of them matching amongst the tables. The chain usually offers a few early weeks deals, usally a ‘free’ glass of wine with a meal, or early bird evening type specials. Drinks are the national brands, usually the likes of BrewDog, Moretti, Peroni. Ciders are often Weston sot Old Mout, and a selection of spirits and cocktails are on offer as well as soft drinks.
