A nineteenth-century, Grade II listed, canal-side building which has retained a little of its character despite being transformed from an old basic boozer into a Harvester Inn several years ago. Now part of the Vintage Inn chain the pub has a traditional bar.

Fully refurbished in July 2024.

Historic Interest

Grade II listing:- Early C19 house of 2 builds, each 2 storeys, 2 windows. Low pitched slated roofs, roughcast walls. Sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor in canted bays. 3 half-glazed doors, one ot them in pent porch. There is a full basement storey at the back. Group value,
