The Kings Head is a 17th century pub close to the River Bure but facing the main Coltishall to Wroxham road. It is a fine old building with Dutch gables and a long sloping roof.
On the street side there appears to be an original ornate Georgian doorway leading into a richly decorated interior. On the parking side there is a large chimneystack and pretty bay windows with small panes and a small beer garden.
There is an extensive food menu with meals available both lunchtimes and evenings. It is open all day on Saturdays and Sundays, and en-suite accommodation is available.
Coltishall Halt station on the seasonal Bure Valley Railway is about 3/4 mile away.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers (Usually Woodforde's or Adnams, with the occasional guest. Plus the house beer.) and 1 regular beer.
