Part of the Best Western Moores Hotel, the bar is in the cellars beneath the cobbled streets of St Peter Port. The bar serves up cocktails, gins and craft beers - photos did show three handpumps but a November 2021 report says that they have been removed. There's also a vaulted wine cellar and an open kitchen & charcoal grill.
