A large and lively town centre pub in the centre of historic Churchgate by the Parish Church. It was refurbished in the early part of 2019 and a staircase added to a mezzanine VIP room. Named after the 18th century painter and satirist William Hogarth and themed, without any association with the man himself, as a Victorian gin palace. Gin fans will be blown away with the choice on offer. The historic theme of the pub is somewhat dominated by the vast number of TVs which are difficult to escape from, now joined by a Karaoke booth.
This Pub serves 2 changing beers and 0 regular beers.
