Got confirmation from Lisa, owner that bar has closed for good. They were charged full rent during lockdown. Camden council refused a planning application by owner of building to add extension at back, which would mean loss of bar storage area and some of kitchen. Overturned by planning inspector. Interesting that ruling said pub would still be viable, but Lisa said the reason they were closing is because bar would not be viable with smaller kitchen and storage!

A new bar and eatery in trendy West Hampstead. It had one cask beer. However on a visit in April 2019 no cask beer was on sale, "One handpump currently unused. Spoke to lady behind the bar, who said they were not currently offering anything on the handpump and hadn't for some time. She then said that it was 'winter only' because in the summer they threw too much away."
