A typical inter-war roadside pub which is comfortably divided into several different areas. Four handpulls are to be found on the bar dispensing Greene King ales plus one guest, usually local. Food is available for most of the days and a carvery is available too at lunchtime and evenings during the week and all day at weekends. Several TVs show sports for those so inclined and there is pool table in one of the back rooms.
