Named after the old Gaythorn Gasworks site that it is built on, this latest offering from the Dockyard chain opened in October 2016. A large single drinking area with various tables and booths dotted throughout, it is styled in contemporary industrial chic. There are 2 tables of the Norwegian game Shufl to provide amusement.

The handpumps are in a bank on the left of the bar. There is a six-barrel microbrewery onsite - there are usually 3 in-house beers of varying styles on the bar in both keg and cask form.
