Situated in the heart of Exmouth in the Strand gardens, Franklins offers continental style café culture 7 days a week. An all day breakfast menu is available from opening time and lunches are served from 11am until late. Outdoor seating is available during the warmer months, while inside there are two floors. A café-bar downstairs and a restaurant upstairs, where live music is featured approximately once per month; check their Facebook page for details.
