Website

Cider producer. We add no sugar and do not pasteurise the cider, however the bottlers have filtering in the process (we use Bottled in Cumbria based in Cockermouth). This year, depending on the final amount of apples we get and the yield, we will produce around 6000 or 7000 litres max. All our cider is bottled in 0.5litre bottles. We give 20% of the cider back to our apple donors.
