Named after a local landmark this is a new free house and cafe, in proprietor's words, "for mature and cultivated guests", serving 'cask ales, fine wines, draught beers and ciders'. Although food is not served, you are welcome to bring in a takeaway to eat with your drink. Public parking is nearby and a garden is planned for the rear of the pub.
