An incredible commitment to real ale and independent producers has been the basis for the running of this pub since the current owners took it on. Basically furnished but comfortable with framed collage of brewery beermats adorning the walls. Events include open mic nights, outings and two beer festivals per year. The owners began brewing in 2018 - the brewery is visible from inside the pub. Two Coach cask beers are usually on sale and several craft beers.
