JAN 2025 - THIS PUB HAS BEEN ABSORBED IN TO THE PENNY BLACK ABOVE AND THE NAME ERADICATED.

OCT 2024 - Work continuing. The Black Bull above has reopened as the Penny Black and will sell spirts from an in-house distillery being build in the old Bunker pub.

SEP 2024 - New leasee. Work going on.

MAR 2024 - Closed down on 24th March. Leese will not be renewed by Greene King/Belhaven but is being advertised by Edinburgh City Council along with the Black Bull above as a fully fitted out bar. No planning applications to date.

OCT 2023- reported closed. Reason unknown.
