Following an extensive refurbishment in December 2023 this single room pub reveals a different character in three distinct areas.
The extensive dining area is to the right of the main door. There are fewer TV screens in this area and the seating is low around round tables. Just to the left of the main entrance is a multi use area with high seating around high tables and and area designed for working with laptop computers. Beyond this and also through the door at the left of the pub reveals a very different character, a traditional public bar with gaming machines and more traditional pub games along with many TV screens usually showing sport. There is free pool on a Monday from 5 till 7pm.
There is also a weekly quiz at 8pm on Thursdays.
Food is available until 9pm with a special pensioners menu available from 12-5 on weekdays. Roast dinners are available on Sundays.
Up to four cask beers are served.
Outdoor drinking is available on a patio to the front of the pub and a larger somewhat hidden garden to to the rear.
This Pub serves 3 changing beers and 1 regular beer.
