16th Century former Alms House which is now a modernised and full refurbished Grade II Free House on the High Street, featuring low beams and separate rooms. Primarily a restaurant which has an excellent reputation for the quality of their food. Small bar area with no available seating and all of the tables are laid out for diners. Very attractive enclosed outside garden area with decking.
It was reported in October 2021 that cask beer is no longer available, although there is a selection of cans and bottles from local small local breweries.
