A vibrant bar within the Dark Revolution brewery which is now a focal point for the local and visiting community. A stop off point on a number of local walks. Twenty taps serve a mixture of membrane keg and keg beers and a cider. Up to 15 are from Dark Revolution with several from the core range, occasional brews and ‘one offs’ – one or two new beers are produced each week. Beers cover a range of styles including bitters, lagers, stouts, sours, IPAs, with extensive use of new and traditional hop varieties. Guest beers from other renowned craft breweries including Yonder and Cloudwater make up the offering. A non-alcoholic beer is generally available and the beer fridge is well stocked. With views over the historic Old Sarum Airfield and aviation museum you can watch planes and parachutists come and go while enjoying well crafted and well served beer. Events such as beer tastings and quiz nights are held, including Sunday morning Yoga. Food trucks are present some evenings, especially at weekends. If you want to know which beers are real ales from membrane kegs ask the bar staff.
