Dating back to the 18th-century, the bar features an oak fireplace lintel inscribed 1789, this truly authentic rural Devon pub, lies at the heart of the local community. The cosy main bar, with a large wood-burning stove, is complemented by two separate dining areas (advisable to book in evenings) and a games room. Three real ales are kept, with a cider from local Sandford Orchards. Good home-cooked food is available seven days a week.
