Situated at the west end of Eastbourne seafront, close to the start of the South Downs Way, this popular and elegant hotel has a large garden with patio area and seating with sea views. The bar is in the attractive lounge where snacks are available all day. It has been reported that the hand pump has no pump clip, but that the beer is Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter, but you may wish to check.
