Believed to have originated as a farmhouse, complete with its outbuildings, this cosy beamed pub has hundreds of plates on the walls of its L-shaped lounge, which was created from two older rooms. A painted glass panel with a depiction of a cock and bottle is built into the back of the bar. The separate tap room has leather upholstered seating, as well as a glazed door that provides views over the Shibden valley. There's also a framed Dispensation on the wall for the Buffalo Lodge that meets here. Outdoor seating and a car park are at the front of the pub.
Catering available for funerals and celebration parties.
