A former coaching inn in the centre of the town, with courtyard and spacious outside seating. The bar/lounge has attractive wood-panelling which keeps a traditional feel. There are a number of interesting pictures on view especially of planes from the nearby Battle of Britain Memorial Flight. Flags hang from the ceiling and TVs keep customers up-to-date with events, particularly sports. Various food specialties are available and beers are mainly from the Marston's range. Additional beer not on during winter.
