Previously known as the Old Thumper, the woodpanelled one bar local is populated by regulars, shoppers and office workers. Formerly a Ringwood pub, now owned by Marston’s, the Porterhouse serves ales from Ringwood brewery plus guest from the Marston’s family. Weekly pub quiz on Tuesday, board games and cards are available. Live Music on Friday evenings only. Easy access by bus, train and taxi. Refurbished in 2018.
