Tea Rooms & off-licence/delicatessen
Opened in late 2018 in part of the Deer Park Farm Furniture complex. Serving breakfast until 12 pm, brunch, soup, pies, sandwiches, afternoon teas (from 2.30pm), cakes, etc. Bottled craft beers and ciders are also available as well as wines, spirits, teas and coffees. There is also a delicatessen cum shop where drinks may be bought to take away, as well as cheeses, pies, pastries, etc. Wine tasting evenings are also held, where booking is necessary. Features a Victorian Parlour, Country style Deer Park lounge parlour and the Dog House, where muddy boots and paws are welcome. there is an outside seating area too. Bottled beers from local breweries, such as Chantry and Bradfield are sold in the Delicatessen/Off-License. Licensed hours may be extended on occasions.
Historic Interest
Former stone-built traditional farm buildings, latterly used by a vehicle hire firm, prior to it's conversion for furniture sales. Now several retail operations onsite, as well as the tea rooms.
