Named after a local cottage industry, the 'Brush' is a pub where time stands still. The Brush is a two-roomed establishment; as you enter, a small immaculate lounge to the left and a larger bar to the right, it has many original and traditional features The small rear paved garden is a real suntrap and doubles as the smoking area. "The Brush" has won many CAMRA awards over the years for consistently excellent beer. Conversation rules in this juke box and gaming machine free zone which is exceptionally well supported by the local community. Well behaved dogs are welcome in this excellent village local.
