The brewery tap for Townes beers, which have been brewed on the premises since 1997. Following the retirement of brewer Alan Wood in November 2013, new owners Lawrie and Nicoleta Evans are enhancing the traditional pub atmosphere and brewing ethos, while introducing a fresh vitality to the venue. Open plan, but with several distinct seating areas, the bar is the focal point for conversation.
