This comfortable, friendly 16th century village pub with a one-room layout is divided into four distinct areas, one of which has an inglenook fireplace. The pub has flagstoned floors, oak beams and exposed stonework. Five beers are always in stock with extras added at busy seasons most of which are from the west country. There is a pleasant garden for the summer. Quality food and accommodation are also offered with meal deals at times. The bus stops outside.
