After lying empty for several years, the former Stag & Hound has been completely remodelled by Buzzworks. It is mainly a smart restaurant, but there is a separate bar with a single handpump serving a changing real ale. Licensed from 10am, the bar opens at noon. Now stopped selling real ale due to "lack of interest"...maybe on behalf of the staff?
