Opened in November 2023, 11 Central bar is operated by Seven Brothers in the Central Bay complex, part of the Quayside shopping centre (formerly Lowry Outlet) opposite Kargo MKT food hall.

This serves Seven Brothers keg beers and food but none of their cask.

The bar has an outside terrace area overlooking Central Bay dock with views across to Old Trafford football ground.
