Description

Brewing commenced on the current site in 2005, and has expanded to a capacity of approx 15 barrels per brew. Regular beers are brewed alongside seasonal, occasional brews and themed specials. An onsite well supplies water, and malt is sourced from East Anglia. All liquid waste is treated in a reed bed. The brewery is located on a conservation farm and a wide variety of birdlife is visible from the brewhouse. It is open to the public one day a month.
