This is a dark (mild style) refreshing ale brewed with pale and roast barley, plus added wheat malts, producing a sweeter almost honeyed edge. Three different hop varieties are used to give this brew a delightful fruit and liquorice aftertaste. Brewed for Weston Tavern in Kilmaurs.
