This pale ale is created with the finest extra pale malt providing a light crisp base along with malted wheat and flaked oats bringing body and depth. Citra hops offer classic big juicy flavours of peach, passion fruit and melon which are complimented by El Dorado with its big hits of pineapple, pear and stone fruit. All fermented with a classic English ale yeast which lends the beer notes of apricot and tropical fruit to harmonise perfectly alongside the hops.
