Brass Castle - Invisible Ink

A 6% white IPA with generous additions of NZ Rakau and Waimea hops, and US Cascade hops. Expect citrus and pine aromas, with flavours of fresh oranges and all the spices you would expect from a witbier. The active ingredient in this beer is quinine, from the addition of Cinchona (pronounced 'sin-kona') bark during the boil. The Cinchona bark provides bitterness, but also reacts with UV light to give off a faint glow.
