A refreshing sunset glow coloured wheat beer with a subtle hint of mandarin oranges. The beer is made using German Pilsner malt, Caramelised malt, wheat, German Hops and yeast. The yeast is a cold, slow fermenting yeast which take a long time to brew. The beers yeast ferments slowly at a low temperature for a crisp, clean taste. This beer has a slight haze which is natural for the style.
