A dark milk stout, brewed using a combination of eight malts, lactose, dozens of Christmas puddings, a few kilos of sherry soaked fruits and mincemeat, demerara sugar and several trays of freshly baked mince pies. A rich and creamy Christmas pudding stout, packed full of rich festive cake flavours.
