Our hometown of Kilkeel is renowned for the Mountains of Mourne sweeping down to the Irish Sea. Inspired by this we sourced natural mineral sea salt harvested from the Irish Sea and through trial and error created an IPA described as "having the perfect saltiness to give a sensation of salted caramel". Brewed with maris otter and caramalt to compliment the salt, this is a bold new world IPA .
