Brew Day Arrangements
The brew day will be Friday 14th February.
Mashing in will be at 8.30 a.m. so please aim to arrive by 8.15, if you want to see the start of the process. Yeast should be pitched by 3.30 p.m., but brew day guests are obviously free to leave whenever they want, or need to.
Refreshments: Hot and cold drinks will be provided on the day, as will lunch. Please let us know about any dietary requirements.
Clothing: Brewing can get wet and messy with lots of water, crushed grain and hops around. You will have opportunities to get involved with some of the processes, so please come dressed appropriately. Also please bear in mind that the brewery is unheated so it will be cold in February.
Soundtrack: We also put together a Spotify soundtrack for those taking part to add their favourite tunes to listen to throughout the day. We want you to enjoy the whole experience
