Wheat beer fermented with Mango juice. A classic Bavarian wheat beer. Originally consumed by the aristocracy only and banned from general use because of its high wheat content; wheat was reserved for bread. Mango juice is added to the fermentation. Sugars are converted to alcohol and CO2, therefore this is not sweet. Flavours of banana and cloves combine with fruity mango. Body is full and refreshing. Serve chilled for a refreshing thirst quencher.
