A delightful 300-year-old village inn hidden behind a row of cottages on the main road. The bar and dining areas are cosy, with an open fire. Excellent home-cooked food is available lunchtime and evenings, (booking is advised), and there is a strong focus on locally sourced food and drink. Al fresco dining is possible in the large garden. Accommodation is available, making this an ideal base for exploring the surrounding Dorset countryside. Accessible for wheelchair users; please advise in advance. Closed Monday and Tuesday.
