A historic stone building on the Haven Banks side of Exeter Quay, a popular tourist destination outside the city centre, boasts an inviting outdoor garden seating area that draws a steady stream of passersby. During the day, it’s often bustling with families and walkers. From the bar, visitors can catch a glimpse of the brewery inside. In the evenings, the venue comes alive with live music or DJs. A contracted pizza van usually parks outside most days.

The building offers a spacious area for hire, complete with a large double-height entertainment space featuring a stage and hall. This versatile space seamlessly blends the bar and the adjacent brewery, occupying the entire floor above them.
