A new-build Wetherspoon pub sitting opposite the Galleria shopping centre and close to the University of Hertfordshire. Benefitting from an enthusiastic manager, the pub offers an interesting rotating range of cask ales and real ciders, and stages tap takeovers and festivals throughout the year. The pub incorporates design features reflecting Hatfield's aviation manufacturing history.

Historic Interest

This purpose-built pub was opened by JD Wetherspoon in December 2015. It takes its name from Harpsfield Hall which was demolished in the 1930's to make way for Hatfield Aerodrome, a manufacturing site for De Havilland and later British Aerospace.
