The current Ship Inn was rebuilt in 1986 on the footprint of the old ship farm building, in what was a very busy part of the maritime area in Swansea. It is now a standalone building at the junction of several busy roads into the city. It has a large open plan public room, decorated in a nautical theme, split into two areas, one set up as the restaurant. Karaoke Nights are held on Fridays and live music on Saturdays.

Unfortunately despite the writing on signs by the entrances, this pub no longer serves Cask Ales!
