Dedicated U.S. style Rock 'n Roll & Dive Bar (sports & cocktail bar) in the middle of the main café/pub area of the city. Its decorated in a black industrial theme, with a long bar downstairs, which has the (keg) beer taps on the wall behind. A games room and more seating are upstairs.

The name of this venue has changed between "One Eyed Willy's" and "One Eyed Jack's" and prior to that was the original "Jack Murphys", which has now moved further along Wind St to a bigger venue.

High lip in entrance door (approx. 40mm). Internal ramps allow step free access to most of ground floor, with a raised seating area to one side and stairs only to upstairs. An accessible toilet is at the rear of the ground floor.
