Founders & Co houses a community orientated food hall consisting of several small street-food traders, a separate long bar, a gig area, function room, a shop and a hairdresser. There is also a separate coffee shop and lounge area at the entrance, with the long main area behind. The atmosphere is relaxed with the aim of providing a place to laze. There are also a varied series of events held, from craft workshops to painting classes and Baby/Pregnancy support events. There is also a bi-weekly quiz on alternate Wednesdays.

No Cask ale, but there are some craft keg beers on tap and in bottles.

Opening times vary for each part of the venue: Coffee is 8.15am - 5pm, Food is served Noon - 9pm and the bar is open Noon - Midnight (Friday & Saturday Noon - 1am).
