This Pub is Permanently Closed

Pub located in a quiet area on a green and within sight of the buildings of Thatcher’s Britannia Brewery (long since closed). Built in the 1960s to replace a much older pub on the same site, the interior is well lit during the day by large picture windows. Friendly service is provided to a clientele from a wide range of ages and nationalities. Pub games feature heavily in this community local and sightings of the ancient game of ‘Twister’ have been rumoured. Sky TV
