A modern pub in the ground floor of a modern building in the town centre. The decor has a railway theme with reproduction posters and a board with photos of the Great Central Heritage Railway, which is not far away.

Five hand-pulls dispense an ever changing range of real ales from independent and local brewers, which always include gluten free brews. Regularly changing craft beers and real ciders are also available.

Excellent disabled access. Dog friendly.

Open Mic Night every second Tuesday of the month from 8pm.

Locally made bar snack platters are available, all served with pickles,chutney and crisps.

Live music or DJs on Friday and Saturday.
