Three mint sets of the 14 beer mats promoting the 50th Sheffield Steel City Beer Festival (SCBF50) are being auctioned on eBay for charity. On one side is the event logo with the reverse carrying a sponsor. The first set went live in August with the two others following in September and October. To bid search eBay using SCBF50.
A total of 75,000 SCBF50 beer mats will be distributed in Sheffield and the surrounding area, but a full set is unlikely to be seen in one place.
Profits from the sales will go to the official SCBF50 charity, Support Dogs. This Sheffield-based, national charity trains and provides autism and disability assistance plus epilepsy-seizure alert dogs for those affected by a wide range of conditions including MS, cerebral palsy, fibromyalgia and many more.
SCBF50 will be held at Kelham Island Industrial Museum 21-24 October.
