Small bar located just off the old market square in central Hitchin which was part of the former Hawkins department store.

Modern independent tap room with 20 keg lines; 4 ready to serve cocktails prepared in-house, 4 European beers, 1 cider and 11 craft beers on rotation. One 9 gallon cask with aspirator and hand pump, always on rotation with the latest from micro breweries (discounts on Wednesdays). Small selection of bottled German and Belgium beers plus imperial stouts. 8 different wines, various soft drinks and snacks.
