A compact craft beer bar opened May 2022 opposite the main town car park (with limited free parking). Drinks include over 70 spirits and up to four popular real ales served by knowledgeable bar staff. Board games are available in the cosy upstairs lounge which is available for functions. Secluded patio to the rear. Originally a tap for Halifax Steam, new owners took over in early 2026. Blues every Sunday, frequent rock music. Three handpulls dispense interesting guest beers.
